RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Please note that weekends, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions may impact delivery times.
1. Returns
Since our designs are permanently printed on our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for any reason. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 -10 days of delivery by using the message form under Contact tab on the Menu to arrange for a replacement.
In the event of a replacement due to a damaged or defective item, customers will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the replacement process. Please note that photo proof of the damaged or defective item is required for assessment and approval of a replacement.
2. Refunds
Please note that we do not offer refunds for any reason.
3. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 1 (one) hour of placing it for a full refund. After 1 (one) hour, your order will be processed, and we will not be able to offer a cancellation or refund.
